Local
artist Martin Cannata's "A Study in Sound & Motion" is currently on
display at the UNH Center for Graduate & Professional Studies
located at 286 Commercial Street, 4th Floor.
When asked where he gets his
inspiration, Cannata said, "In exploring the many options and
directions that are available in making art, I find it is an
ongoing engagement between the known and the unknown. It is a
creation of intuition, perception and apprehension along with so
much more."
His work has appeared in a
variety of locations including the Portsmouth Children's Museum,
Currier Museum, Hooksett Library, UNH (both campuses) and the
Manchester Airport. He is a member of the NH Art
Association and a resident of Hooksett, NH. |
